Architectural Fumé Dial

Depth, Structure, and Legibility

The fumé dial version features a two-level construction with vertical grille detailing and a smoked ruthenium gradient, creating depth and visual intensity. Its three large, non-concentric counters enhanced by the signature “smile” at 6 o’clock, offer exceptional readability, redefining the ergonomics of the perpetual calendar while maintaining a bold, contemporary aesthetic.

The last integrated asymmetric bracelet designed by Mr. Genta

The Sarawak: Masterlink's origins

In 2007, Gérald Charles Genta designed the Maison's first integrated bracelet watch as an exclusive piece for the Royal family of Sarawak, a Malaysian state. The predecessor of the Masterlink featured a full pavé set bracelet and case in round diamonds and baguette rubies, carrying the DNA of high-end gem setting which now is signature to the Maison. Exclusively developed in-house by Gerald Charles.
Mapping out the story

The map of Geneva, written in mechanics

The mainplate and bridges reinterpret Geneva, the Maison’s home city, through their architecture and finishing. Straight and curved Geneva stripes evoke the city’s roads and Lake Léman, while a slender opening recalls the Rhône. A black ruby marks the Atelier at Rue du Mont-Blanc 3, and the balance wheel stands where the Jet d’Eau rises.

A vision in motion

Discover the Masterlink Perpetual Calendar from every angle, where asymmetrical architecture, ultra-thin titanium construction and the depth of the fumé dial come together in a single, uncompromising statement of watchmaking.
