Federico Ziviani has been the CEO of independent watch company Gerald Charles since 2019, along with a new Board of Directors and investors coming from the watchmaking industry.

Franco Ziviani is a well-known figure in the watch industry. At the end of 2023, Mr. Ziviani has been appointed Gerald Charles Chairman to support the company growth.
Gerald Charles timepieces are proprietary developments and comply with Fleurier Quality Standards.
